Your numbers stay yours
RowCast holds other businesses' figures, so it's built to protect them from the first line of code.
- Your file is never saved. It's read in memory, and only the columns you choose are kept.
- Encrypted at rest. Business names, figures and reports are encrypted with AES-256.
- The AI sees summaries only. Totals and trends, never your rows. Customer names become stand-ins like "Customer 3".
- Not used for training. Our AI provider, Anthropic, doesn't train its models on this data.
- You're in control. Delete any upload, or your whole account, whenever you like.

Do I need to change how I keep my spreadsheets?
No. Upload the sheet as you keep it. You tell RowCast once which column is the date and which numbers matter, and it remembers that layout for next month.
What kind of sheets work?
Anything with a date and numbers: sales registers, expense lists, stock movements, job cards, fuel logs. One row per sale, job or month works best. The guide shows examples.
Is my data safe?
Your file is never stored, the figures you keep are encrypted, and the AI only ever sees summaries with names replaced. You can delete your data at any time. See our Privacy Policy.
Is this financial advice?
No. RowCast explains what your own numbers show. Please check important decisions with your accountant or financial adviser.
What does a credit buy?
